Paul is a versatile business leader and entrepreneur with 25 years of FinTech industry experience. He leads PwC’s Wealth Compass managed service, addressing the technology and reporting needs of family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Paul was a founding Partner of Archway Technology, a premier SaaS company serving the private wealth industry. Paul and his partners grew Archway by successfully implementing technology at hundreds of family offices. Paul started, lead and grew Archway Finance and Operations (“AFO”), using Archway’s best-in-class technology to aggregate marketable and alternative assets, and providing partnership administration for family investment pools and  fund administration to hedge funds and private equity funds. Paul served as President of SEI Archway. At SEI, he fulfilled post-acquisition responsibilities with primary mandates focused on business development, marketing and servicing the alternative investment, banking, single and multi-family office market verticals. Paul received his MBA from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sandy has 42 years of financial services experience, spanning the trust, custody, wealth management and securities servicing industries.

Sandy is an Executive Vice President of SEI, a member of SEI’s executive team, a board member of SEI Private Trust Company, and Head of SEI’s Family Office Services and Regulatory Services. She has held a number of other leadership positions during her 28-year tenure with the company. Prior to joining SEI, Sandy built her career through management positions at First Trust Company and U.S. Bank.

Sandy is on the board of National Advisors Holdings headquartered in Kansas City, MO and is treasurer and executive board member for New Leash on Life USA.

Padman Perumal is the Chief Executive Officer of Masttro. Padman has an extensive track record of providing strategic vision, hands-on leadership, entrepreneurship, and technical fluency to a wide range of businesses from startups to global financial services institutions. He has a tireless passion for building teams with a strong culture and purpose that consistently outperforms.

Prior to Masttro, Padman was a Managing Director, Transformation Executive, and Operating Committee member of JP Morgan Chase’s Commercial Banking division. Padman launched a wide range of transformational initiatives including re-imagining the client onboarding model for institutional clients through simplification of its coverage model, products, pricing, and client service functions. Padman previously served as Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy, and Head of Platform Development for Credit Suisse’s Private Banking Americas division. He co-led the division’s strategic redesign with its CEO that generated the highest revenue growth in the bank globally while improving the client experience and reducing costs. Before Credit Suisse, Padman held leadership positions in the technology services and consulting industry, including Managing Partner of a technology startup firm in Chicago. Padman holds a BS in Physics from the University of Madras in India and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Padman lives in New Jersey with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys in his free time cooking with his family, training for marathons, and riding his Harley Davidson.

Bob has been the Chief Financial Officer at FORTH Management Family Office for 8 years. He is a CPA and a graduate of University Buffalo with a strong background in finance and tax. Bob's strengths include helping company management unlock value and liquidity through, sales, mergers, capital raises or Initial Public Offerings. He started his career at E&Y on the audit side and was a Manager in the Mergers and Acquisition Due Diligence group. Prior to joining FORTH Management, Bob was the CFO at Scorpion Capital Partners, a $200m middle market Private Equity Fund based in New York City that generated a net +20% IRR for investors. At Scorpion Bob not only structured transactions but led the portfolio company process improvements team which included working closely with portfolio company management as they completed system implementations, evaluated their business processes and identified value add change.

Danielle is an advisory partner leading our family office practice in the U.S. She advises clients on the unique needs of family offices and private wealth owners in the areas of technology automation and innovation, finance effectiveness and reporting, process improvement, operating model transformation, risk management, and vendor selection and implementation.​

Prior to joining PwC Danielle worked for two large global asset managers, gaining extensive industry experience in Chief Financial and Chief Administrative Officer roles. She also spent over 10 years as an auditor in the financial services sector.​

Danielle graduated summa cum laude from Augustana College. She is a licensed CPA and an Elijah Watt Sells award recipient.

Ben is the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, specializing in go-to-market strategy for the financial services sector, with a strong focus on serving family office organizations. He helps drive growth by aligning marketing efforts with the unique needs of family offices, delivering targeted campaigns that support both direct sales and channel partners. He works closely with product teams to bring innovative solutions to market and builds strategic partnerships that enhance the client experience. A frequent speaker on webinars and industry panels, he is known for his thought leadership and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the family office space.

Tom is the Senior Product Specialist for Wealth and Family Office Solutions at STP Investment Services. Tom joined the organization earlier this year to help lead growth initiatives across the firm’s offerings tailored to wealth management firms & family offices. Tom has a deep knowledge and understanding of the family office and alternative investments spaces. Prior to STP, he spent most of his career working for alternatives-focused family offices. Over his years of experience working in the industry, Tom has developed expertise with technology selection, implementation, complex platform administration, and custom reporting frameworks. Tom started his career at the Macquarie Group, where he was responsible for investment reporting and analytics.

Jonathan North, Head of Products for 4Pines Fund Services, has spent the past 20 years working with technology firms and family offices. Jon began his work with family offices at Financial Navigator where he learned about the market and software. He joined FundCount as one of the initial employees. He helped FundCount emerge as a software competitor in the US market while helping to expand it from a hedge fund product into a family office offering. More recently, Jon led the sales and marketing efforts for the Private Client business at SS&C and took over as Head of Private Clients North America for Alter Domus. With his current venture away from family office market it was a perfect time for Jon to lend his perspective to the FWR team.

Sachin has been a founding partner in multiple ventures that intersect investment management and financial technology, including two companies that successfully exited to leading investment banks. The first being Carlin Financial Group, an institutional facing fintech sold to RBC Capital Markets, and most recently, 55ip, a wealth management facing fintech sold to J.P. Morgan Asset Management. 55ip’s tax-smart investment platform serves financial advisors and asset managers by breaking down the barriers to financial progress. During his career, Sachin was the operating partner at Ada Investments, a quant-based hedge fund acquired by 55ip, he was the founding principal of the RBC Emerging Manager Fund Allocation platform, and he has held equity research positions at US Trust, RBC, and Bank of America. Sachin also volunteers his time working with entrepreneurs and business leaders as a mentor and advisor. He holds a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.

Alyssa Dondero is the Director of Operations of the Fingerboard Family Office, serving five generations of family members descended from the founder of a large, privately-owned media company. In her role, Alyssa manages a team of professionals who support the family in various financial and personal areas of their lives. Alyssa began her career at Advance and Fingerboard Family Office 12 years ago. In that time, she has implemented numerous software applications and continues to strive to optimize the Family Office’s efficiency through technology. Alyssa earned a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Master of Business Administration from Marist College. Alyssa lives on Long Island with her husband and son.

Erin Hulse is the Founder of Deviate Consulting, LLC, which focuses on software selection, implementation, and accounting services for single and multi-family offices.  Erin is a financial and software professional with a diverse background in the alternative investment and private wealth space, including time spent with Plante Moran, Bank of America, and SEI/Archway Family Office Services. Ms. Hulse has been managing Deviate Consulting since 2015 and is based in Indianapolis, IN.

Danielle Klimek is the controller for Marron Capital LLC, a single family office based in New York City. She grew up in Indiana and moved to New York City in 2009. Danielle has over a decade of experience within the family office industry, spending portions of her career both on the software-consulting side and on the family office client side. She specializes in family office operations including accounting, financial reporting, performance measurement, cash management, income and estate tax planning and vast experience in software and systems implementation.

Chirag Nanavati is part of the founding team and a Managing Director of Asset Vantage (a UNIDEL company) that helps families with complex wealth run their family office like they would their business. Chirag leads AV’s business operations including sales, marketing, global product management, and customer success programs. Previously, he led UNIDEL company Softdel, as its Managing Director. Chirag has wide-ranging experience from managing start-ups and technology commercialisation to venture capital. He started his career with Honeywell R&D labs in the US, where he worked on commercialising real-time, mission-critical avionics and automation products. Subsequently, he was involved with an early-stage venture fund and later led business development and operations for a technology startup he co-founded. Chirag holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, and a BS in Computer Science from Michigan Tech University, USA.

Ben spent 15 years in the military ranging from Infantry to Special Operations Intelligence with extensive experience in social engineering, digital exploitation, and cyber targeting. During his time in Service he has worked with the US Marshalls, Special Forces, and US Embassy Security Teams as a Cyber and Signals Intelligence Collector and Targeting subject matter expert. At 360 Privacy, Ben created and leads the Executive Services Division at 360 Privacy, which helps to educate and protect families, family offices, business executives, professional athletes, and entertainers.

Tony Gebely, CEO of Annapurna Cybersecurity, is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over two decades of experience in the information technology field. As the former Chief Technology Officer for Family Office Exchange, a prestigious organization with over 500 members, Tony served as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity. In this role, he advised families on cybersecurity best practices, authored numerous papers, and facilitated the firm’s first Global Family Security Workshop. Tony also founded the Technology Operations and Data Security Network at Family Office Exchange, comprising over 325 family office executives responsible for technology and cybersecurity. Kate Norris is a recognized industry expert, having served hundreds of family offices and wealth advisory firms for over 25 years working on the broker, carrier, wealth advisory and consultancy sides. Kate founded Atténuer Risk in 2021 and serves her clients as a fee-only risk and resiliency consultant. Kate maintains her insurance licensing and graduated from the University of Kansas. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Council for Insuring Private Clients & High Net-Worth Individuals and is a faculty member for the National Alliance–CPRM designation.

He was an energy specialist focused on options and futures trading at Credit Agricole Indosuez in New York prior to that and started his career at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Reilly has spoken on family office issues at many conferences and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Forbes, and Bloomberg, and currently does a monthly interview series with notables in the family office world for Family Wealth Report, where he is on the global editorial board.
