After having graduated in law at the Swiss University of Freiburg and further training in compliance management, Nicole Kuentz held various positions in the banking sector. Her area of expertise includes regulatory risks and issues, providing directives and guidance with compliance to applicable banking laws, rules and regulations. Nicole joined the Swiss Association of Asset Managers in 2012 where she heads its Zurich office since July 2013.

Daniel Wuethrich heads up the Swiss Independent Wealth Management division for Coutts & Co Ltd.
Daniel has almost three decades of experience in the Banking industry and worked in key financial centres such as Switzerland, UAE andHong Kong. He joined Coutts & Co Ltd (previously Bank von Ernst & Cie) in 1999. Prior to this he worked for Credit Suisse and Union Bancaire Privée.
