Overview
Registration will commence at 2.30pm and the afternoon shall include a knowledgeable dialogue with Sen. The Hon. Michael Halkitis, Minister of Economic Affairs of The Bahamas. This will then follow with a panel discussion to cover various topics but will include:

Antoine W. Bastian is a founder and principal of Genesis Fund Services Limited (“Genesis”), a licensed Unrestricted Investment Fund Administrator in The Bahamas; Antoine has served as the Executive Chairman and CEO since 2004. Prior to Genesis, Antoine served on the Board of Directors of The Private Trust Corporation Limited, and as Director of its Fund Services Department. He was also the Manager of St. Matthew Investment Fund Accounting Limited,, which was associated with the accounting firm Liccar & Co, based in Chicago, Illinois. Antoine previously served as the Deputy Chairman of the Bahamas Financial Services Board and is also a Director of The Nassau Cruise Port, Carbon Management Limited and The Yes Foundation.
