Panel 3: Post Implementation Review
After a software implementation is complete, most teams are focused on learning how to accomplish their daily tasks in the new software platform. Taking time to review the implementation, including system setup, functionality, additional training, reporting, and learning new system features is an important ongoing step in the process but is often overlooked. Please join us to learn the value of a post implementation review and how it can help your team get the most out of your new technology.
Tech Demo 7: Secure Bill Pay for Wealth and Family Office (Bill)
Panel 4: Risk management use case for AI: the already here, the possible and the unlikely
In financial services, there are few notions in greater opposition than “risk” and “revolution”, as pace of change is existentially tied to risk management and compliance keeping up. Those who are all-in on AI call the current moment revolutionary and posit that operations and risk management will be greatly optimized with the help of generative AI, agents and other cutting edge tech tools. In practice, this transformation is quite nuanced and requires solutions rooted in deep financial domain expertise.
As a long-time Wall Street executive-turned Managing Partner of enterprise fintech investment firm Altari Ventures, Anna Garcia evaluates numerous fintech startups leveraging advanced AI every year. She will host a candid conversation with three founders in her portfolio about what’s possible with AI in financial services today, what’s coming in the future, and what’s less likely to become a reality despite bold forecasts. Each founder will share their company’s origin story, what compelled them to address the problem they are solving, how they’ve successfully improved risk management and other key processes for their wealth management clients, and their experiences scaling AI solutions into some of the most compelling industry use cases.
