Julia Valentine is a technology expert, entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience at top-tier firms, including JPMorgan, D. E. Shaw and Mousse Partners, a large family office. William is an experienced cyber security professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He has served in both technical and leadership roles throughout his career, with a passion for enabling organizations of all sizes and industries to address their cyber security threats and establish a secure business. He has served companies with International presence in the United States, France, Germany, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Singapore, UK, and Malaysia. William has been a leader for such companies like IBM, Accenture, Stroz Friedberg (now Aon Cyber Services) and Kroll. In addition, he has served as the interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the nation’s leading Healthcare Research Organization, the country’s largest tribal owned and managed casino and hotel, national sports teams, and the Professional Golfer’s Association of America (PGA). He currently serves as the acting CISO for startup companies in the fintech, logistics, healthcare, artificial intelligence, robotics, and strategic services industries. In his career, William has served as the lead for an entire security program division for Microsoft, specializing in product security. He has been the lead manager for many incident response cases, including major breaches of credit card data, personably identifiable information (PII), and intellectual property. He has also advised over 40 startup companies, in high-growth and regulated markets to address the challenges they face regarding cyber security threats, compliance, operations, and reporting. He has specialized in establishing a cyber security program and governance, including policies and operations, as well and defining key performance indicators to allow stakeholders to view the value of a cyber security program and its enablement to the business. He helps companies navigate the requirements of the business, clients, and regulators through collaboration and measurement that is designed to continually show the positive impact of cyber security to the company. William has experience with multiple cyber security frameworks such as the NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, Cloud Security Alliance’s CSTAR, and the AICPA’s SOC 2. In addition, he has managed compliance programs specific to PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA, DIFARS, SEC, and FFIEC.
He is often consulted to advise senior leadership and boards of directors on cyber security, while also technically collaborating with system engineers, developers in order to ensure the technical controls algin with business objectives. He a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Risk and Information Security Controls (CRISC). William holds a bachelors and master’s degree in Management Information Systems for the University of Nebraska.

Ben Tercha is Omega’s Chief Operating Officer and has nearly 25 years of hands-on technology and operations experience. As COO, he guides corporate strategy for IT innovation and leads the company’s technical service operations, developing and enhancing Omega’s suite of managed services to ensure it is consistently aligned with customer needs and technology trends. He is a board member at the Defense Intelligence Memorial Foundation (DIMF), providing full scholarships to the families of Defense Intelligence officers killed in the line of duty, and an advisory board member for Americas Warrior Partnership (AWP), a nonprofit focused on reducing veteran suicide.

He earned his MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BS in Human Biology from Michigan State University.

Tristan Flannery joined Presage Global in 2023, drawing on his wide-ranging 25-year career across military, government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. He has a history of working with well-known international brands, consulting top executives and startup leaders, as well as

Prior to Presage Global, Tristan's career was marked by his involvement in physical security, protecting executives, and consulting on risk management to improve the international operations of large companies. After honorably serving as an Army Ranger, Tristan worked in protective operations related to the Global War on Terror, spending more than ten years on overseas assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan. Paul is a versatile business leader and entrepreneur with 25 years of FinTech industry experience. He leads PwC’s Wealth Compass managed service, addressing the technology and reporting needs of family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Paul was a founding Partner of Archway Technology, a premier SaaS company serving the private wealth industry. Paul and his partners grew Archway by successfully implementing technology at hundreds of family offices. Paul started, lead and grew Archway Finance and Operations (“AFO”), using Archway’s best-in-class technology to aggregate marketable and alternative assets, and providing partnership administration for family investment pools and  fund administration to hedge funds and private equity funds. Paul served as President of SEI Archway. At SEI, he fulfilled post-acquisition responsibilities with primary mandates focused on business development, marketing and servicing the alternative investment, banking, single and multi-family office market verticals. Paul received his MBA from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kate Norris is a recognized industry expert, having served hundreds of family offices and wealth advisory firms for over 25 years working on the broker, carrier, wealth advisory and consultancy sides. Kate founded Atténuer Risk in 2021 and serves her clients as a fee-only risk and resiliency consultant. Kate maintains her insurance licensing and graduated from the University of Kansas. William J. Roberts is a nationally-recognized data privacy and cybersecurity advisor to businesses, nonprofit organizations, government entities, and families worldwide. He is a Partner at the firm, co-chair of the firm's data privacy and cybersecurity practice, and an Adjunct Professor of data privacy law at the University of Connecticut School of Law. Chris Wake is the Founder of Atypical, an early stage venture fund investing in plausible science fiction. He brings two decades of experience as an operator to his investing, including work on both hardware and software in the fields of aerospace, AI, and cybersecurity. Chris was a co-author on Commercial Space Systems Security Guidelines, and he has advised and invested in a number of foundational security and AI ventures. For instance, he has invested in AI infrastructure, supercomputing, AI semiconductors, xIOT security, continuous authentication, trust infrastructure for payments, and search rebuilt for AI. Tom Aldrich joined 360 Privacy in 2022 after having worked at Goldman Sachs as a private wealth advisor. He came to Goldman from the US Army, where he served as a Green Beret and functioned as both a communications and intelligence subject matter expert. He deployed overseas four times, where he was responsible for tactical and strategic targeting, intelligence, and digital exploitation. Tom is a Certified Ethical Hacker and obtained his CIPP/US certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Sergeant Greg Sanfilippo joined the NYPD in 2008. He currently serves as a supervisor in the NYPD Shield program, acting as a key liaison with private sector security executives to help deter, detect, and identify terrorist and criminal activity in New York City. The Shield program is an internationally recognized public-private partnership that provides vital information and collaborative support to its stakeholders. In addition to his NYPD role, Sanfilippo is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves, where he commands Detachment 1 of the 10th/80th Battalion (OES). Sanfilippo holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University. He has also completed the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College and the NYPD’s Sergeant Development Course. Recognition of his efforts include the U.S. Army’s Bronze Star, the NYC Police Foundation’s Hemmerdinger Award for Excellence, and the NYPD’s McGee Award. Justin Sellars is a seasoned professional with over 20 years in law enforcement, including his time with the NYPD’s Harbor Unit in the Special Operations Division. During his career, he was involved in the planning and execution of large-scale waterfront events, dignitary protection, and critical rescue missions, including the "Miracle on the Hudson." For the past two years, Justin has worked in digital executive protection, leveraging his security expertise to protect high-profile clients in the digital realm. He is also a proud 9/11 first responder, U.S. Coast Guard veteran, and former NYC paramedic.

Dale Buckner is the CEO and President of Global Guardian, LLC. He has been leading Global Guardian since its inception in March 2012 and is directly responsible for the day-to-day operations and its growth. He is a decorated Combat-Commander with multiple combat tours and classified operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Colombia, Haiti and Cuba and executed deployments to Russia, El Salvador, Honduras, Chile, Panama, Kuwait, and Qatar. Ileana van der Linde is an Executive Director and a member of the J.P. Morgan Private Advisory leadership team, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals. As Head of Cyber Advisory, Ileana educates clients and employees globally on how to better protect themselves, their families and their businesses from increasing cybersecurity threats.
