Sebastian Dovey is an entrepreneur, thought leader and board director in the fields of global wealth management, consumer insight, technology, scale-up companies and business management. Seb was the co-founder in 1998 of Scorpio Partnership, an award-winning global management consultancy and insight data business. This was acquired by Aon PLC in 2014. Seb is currently Chairman of F2 Strategy, and holds non-executive board roles at FiComm, Entrepreneurs Investment Office, and Angel Academe Nominee. He also holds advisory board seats at Moneyhub, Align 17 and Silver Lane. Separately, Seb is the Chairman of the Global Client Experience Innovation Committee for a major international bank and advises two sizeable financial families on their strategic growth for their investment offices.
Seb’s expertise spans 25 years of developing high-impact commercial strategies for private banks, global banks, asset managers, family offices, technology firms, service providers, aggregators and start-up initiatives. Gilly has spent more than 35 years in the industry, including 20 years as a specialist management consultant advising wealth managers, private banks and retail platforms at CSTIM, and Sionic (formerly Knadel and
Catalyst).
In 2023, Gilly set up her own firm FoxRed Insight, to provide business advice and mentoring to wealth management firms and individuals in the industry. She focuses on key areas of advice – strategy, M&A,
organisational change and mentoring senior individuals.
Prior to forging out on her own, Gilly built Sionic’s Wealth Management & Private Banking practice over 12 years from the ground up, and led this globally for Sionic until October 2022.
Gilly started her career working for United Dominions Trust (TSB) and Coutts & Co, before mixing it up with a stint in a technology firm, ACTFinancial Systems. It was here she rose to an Executive Board position with responsibility for product strategy and acquisitions and got a taste for consulting.
Gilly also spent time at Northern Trust as head of Family Office Proposition for EMEA, and ran the client services teams for the division in Guernsey, covering trustee, banking, custody and fund administration for family
funds.
Gilly is an expert in strategy execution, client service proposition, digital solutions, operating model design and outsourcing negotiations, and says that “Pragmatism is key to my approach. I advise with empathy – I know

Oliver is the Deputy CEO and Head of Private Banking of EFG Singapore. He is a senior banker and business leader with almost 30 years of industry experience. Oliver’s success is based in particular on his client-centric approach and deep understanding of cultural diversity. Richard advises trustees, ultra-high net worth individuals, private trust companies and family offices on the establishment, restructuring and administration of trusts, including special trusts i.e. BVI VISTA, Cayman STAR and Employee Benefit Trusts. In 2010, Jamie McLaughlin founded J. H. McLaughlin & Co., LLC, a management consulting firm focused on strategy and practice management for wealth management and investment advisory firms, private banks, trust companies, single and multi-family offices. He has over 25 years of experience in both senior operating roles and client-facing roles in the ultra-high net worth and family office segments of the industry. Previously, he was CEO of Geller Family Office Services, a partner at Convergent Wealth Advisors where he built the firm’s New York office, the regional president of Mellon Private Wealth Management’s New York region, and a financial advisor at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Inc., where he started in the wealth management industry. Earlier in his career, Mr. McLaughlin served in the Connecticut General Assembly for a decade as a two-term State Representative and a three-term State Senator.

Before Realized, David founded Centrist Capital, a boutique venture capital firm. Prior to Centrist, David co-founded Mission Residential, a fully-integrated real estate investment firm that owned and operated 12,500 apartment units, representing a total investment in excess of $925 million.
David also co-founded Forward Capital, a structured finance company, and Convenience Retail Group, the parent company of a private real estate investment trust and a wholesale gasoline distributor, that was sold to a publicly-traded company. Early in his career, David held positions with Security Capital Group, Prologis, Archstone Communities, and Equitable Real Estate (now Morgan Stanley Real Estate).
David is actively involved in his church and various other community activities in Austin, where he lives with his college sweetheart and wife of 25 years, Laura, and their three children. During his downtime, you’ll likely find David fly-fishing, gardening, mountain biking, cooking, or working on his collection of classic cars. David attended Texas A&M University, where he received his MS in Land Economics and Real Estate, and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate.

Before this he was managing director and global head of wealth solutions at JP Morgan Private Bank, having been head of strategy and marketing worldwide at Chase Manhattan Private Bank prior to its merger with JP Morgan in 2002.
