Alex is the CEO of Boston Multi Family Office, an independently owned group with offices in the Isle of Man, Malta, and Dubai offering family office, capital introduction, and senior recruitment services. Responsible for performance and operations across the international group, Alex is an experienced executive with particular expertise in financial services and technology companies. He started his career with listed company Brooks Macdonald as a financial accountant, later taking a directorship within the group. He has since held several influential leadership positions at both start-ups and large corporates, including time as a Management Consultant with BT and CFO of boutique wealth management firm Mountstone Partners. Alex joined Boston in early 2014 as the COO and played a major part in the group’s international diversification strategy before stepping into the top leadership position in 2016.

The financial services regulatory team has advised a number of professional investor funds following varied investment strategies with respect to their Malta setups. She is also involved in identifying and implementing development strategies around emerging financial products and attracting new companies to Guernsey.
Nadine has been practicing in the field of immigration law for over 10 years. She is considered an authority on high net worth immigration. She works with high net worth individuals, third party advisors in the private wealth industry and governments on global citizenship and residency planning. She was instrumental in establishing the Fragomen Worldwide Private Client practice which provides immigration advice and assistance to high net worth individuals on global residency and citizenship solutions. Nadine is a frequent speaker and contributor to media studies on high net worth immigration and global citizenship and residency planning. She was also founding member and member of the advisory board of the Investment Migration Council (IMC).
Rod is Managing Director of LendInvest Capital, the funds management division of LendInvest, the world's largest marketplace lender for real estate.
